The Management Board of ERBUD S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“Issuer”), hereby announces the dates on which the Issuer will publish its periodic reports in 2023:
1. Quarterly reports:
a. Consolidated report for Q1 2023 - 09.05.2023
b. Consolidated report for Q3 2023 - 14.11.2023
2. Semi-annual reports:
a. Consolidated report for H1 2023 - 06.09.2023
3. Annual reports:
a. Unconsolidated annual report for 2022 - 30.03.2023
b. Consolidated annual report for 2022 - 30.03.2023
Simultaneously, pursuant to Article 62(1) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Disclosed by Issuers of Securities and Conditions for Recognising Information Required by the Law of a Non-Member State as Equivalent, the Issuer hereby announces that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will include the quarterly and semi-annual condensed separate financial statements, respectively. Thus, the Issuer will not provide a separate unconsolidated quarterly report and a separate unconsolidated semi-annual report.
