The Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (the Issuer) hereby announces that on January 29, 2024. The Issuer signed a Significant Conditional Contract with a net value of PLN 56.3 million for the implementation of the investment named “Nowe Promenady Stage IA” at Czesław Miłosz Street in Wrocław, according to the terms specified below:
1. Date of the Contract conclusion: 2024.01.29

Investor (exact name and registered office): TRUDO spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Wrocław, 13 Miłoszaa Street, 50-304 Wrocław, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the National Court Register Number (KRS): 0000469216, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 897-179- 11-03, National Business Identification Number (REGON): 022181912.
3. Value of the Contract: PLN 56,270,656.05 net (fifty-six million two hundred and seventy thousand six hundred and fifty-six zlotys 05/100)
4. Subject of the Contract: an investment project entitled “Nowe Promenady Stage IA”, including the construction of a complex of two multi-family residential buildings with services on the ground floor and an underground car park, with the necessary technical infrastructure, designated in the design documentation as buildings A1 and A2,
5. Place of the Contract performance: Czesława Miłosza Street in Wrocław
6. Implementation deadlines: 81 weeks from the commencement order
7. Payment terms: 30 days
8. Penalties: maximum penalty of 10%
