The Issuer’s Management Board hereby announces that on July 26, 2022. Erbud S.A. (Issuer) together with Group Companies - ONDE S.A. and Erbud International Sp. z o.o. received Annex No. 24 to the Multi-product Agreement with BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. based in Warsaw, signed for all parties.
This Annex increases the existing Agreement by PLN 61 million in connection with the granting of an additional amount of PLN 45 million to Erbud S.A. and ONDE S.A. and the inclusion of an additional Group Company, Erbud International Sp. z o.o., in the Agreement with the Bank as of this year, thus providing it with a limit of PLN 16 million.
This Annex increases the total amount of the limit to PLN 181 million, compared to the previous year.
- PLN 165 million total amount to be used by ERBUD S.A. and ONDE S.A. (combined limit for guarantees, letters of credit and overdraft)
- PLN 16 million to be used only by Erbud International Sp. z o.o. (for guarantees and an overdraft facility)
The aforementioned Agreement was made available to the Companies until April 30, 2023.
