The Management Board of the Issuer hereby announces that on 29-09-2022 Erbud S.A. (Issuer) signed with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. Annex No. 13 to the Line Agreement No. KKW/NS/15/2015 of 18-09-2015 Pursuant to Annex No. 13, the Issuer together with its Subsidiaries, i.e.: (Erbud Industry Sp. z o.o.; Erbud Industry Centrum Sp. z o.o.; Erbud Industry Południe Sp. z o.o.). may use the multi-purpose line up to a total of PLN 60 million and the Issuer's subsidiaries have the possibility to incur debt up to an amount, i.e.: (Erbud Industry Sp. z o.o. - PLN 7 million; Erbud Industry Centrum Sp. z o.o. - PLN 7 million; Erbud Industry Południe Sp. z o.o. - PLN 7 million). The maximum total loan amount may not exceed PLN 21 million, while the maximum amount of the limit for bank guarantees may not exceed PLN 60 million. The Issuer may use up to the full amount of the limit, i.e. PLN 60 million, while its subsidiaries may place orders for guarantees up to the maximum amounts, i.e.: (Erbud Industry Sp. z o.o. - PLN 10 million; Erbud Industry Centrum Sp. z o.o. - PLN 20 million; Erbud Industry Południe Sp. z o.o. - PLN 12 million)
The aforementioned banking products have been made available to the Issuer and Subsidiaries until September 29, 2023. The other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
