With reference to the Current Report 48/2021 dated May 25, 2021, the Management Board of ERBUD S.A. (Issuer) announces that on October 4, 2022, Annex No. 1 to the General Contractor Agreement was signed between R4R Warszawa Wilanowska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (Investor) and ERBUD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw. By virtue of Annex No. 1, the Parties increased the remuneration by PLN 13,385,892.45 net; the total value of the contract including the Annex: PLN 73,423,912.60 net.
