The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (the Issuer) hereby announces that on 18.02.2022 Erbud S.A. (the Issuer), together with the Company ONDE S.A., signed with Santander Bank Polska S. A. Annex No. 9 to the MultiLine Agreement No. K01393/15 dated 20 November 2015, as amended.
Pursuant to this Annex, the Issuer and the Company ONDE S.A. may use a multi-purpose line (overdraft and a line for bank guarantees) up to PLN 165,800,000.00 (one hundred and sixty-five million eight hundred thousand PLN), provided that the Company ONDE S.A. will be able to use services under the MultiLine up to PLN 105,000,000.00 (one hundred and five million PLN).
Regarding the conditions in force prior to the signing of this Annex, a new product was made available to ONDE S.A. - Letter of Credit - in the sublimit amount of EUR 14 million within the joint multi-purpose line.
The maturity date of the line is 07.07.2022. The other conditions do not deviate from the market ones.
