The Management Board of the Issuer hereby announces that on 02 December 2021, Erbud S.A. ( the Issuer) along with a Group Company - ONDE S.A. concluded a Contract for PLN 100 million with HSBC Continental Europe ( Joint Stock Company ) Branch in Poland with its registered office in Warsaw.
Pursuant thereof the Parties prolong the possibility of using by the Company ERBUD S.A. and additionally by the Company ONDE S.A. the limit for bank guarantees in the amount of PLN 100,000,000.00 (in words: one hundred million 00/100 zlotys).
The guarantee limit consists of the following sub-limits:
- Limit for products of guarantee nature within the Service of Sustainable Trade Support - maximum PLN 100,000,000.00 (in words: one hundred million zlotys 00/100).
- Limit for products of guarantee nature within Trade Support Services, which are not Sustainable Trade Instrument - maximum PLN 50,000,000.00 (in words: fifty million PLN 00/100).
The above limits are made available to the Companies until 30 September 2022.
