ERBUD has a contract for nearly PLN 300 million. The company will build another Lidl Distribution Centre.

The construction giant has signed the largest contract in building construction this year. The company will build the LIDL BŁONIE Distribution Centre in Piorunów (Mazovian Province). The contract value is PLN 298.4 million.

The LIDL BŁONIE Distribution Centre will be one of the most modern facilities of this type in the chain's portfolio in Europe. Final acceptance is scheduled for March 2023. The contract is being implemented by ERBUD's Toruń branch.

“The contract signed today is not only a perfect Christmas gift, but also a confirmation of ERBUD's business position. It is worth emphasizing that this is yet another contract with the retail chain Lidl. This is a reason for great satisfaction and recognition of our competences in the construction of warehouse structures and industrial facilities,” emphasizes Jacek Leczkowski, Vice-Chairman of the ERBUD Group.

The LIDL BŁONIE Distribution Centre is another project of the Polish leading construction company for Lidl. In April 2021, the company announced that it had signed a contract worth PLN 229 million for the construction of the Lidl Distribution Centre in Dobroszyce near Oleśnica.

In 2018/2019, the Group built the Lidl Distribution Centre with all associated infrastructure in Stargard in the West Pomeranian Province. The contract value was almost PLN 200 million. ERBUD was also responsible for the reconstruction of Lidl Distribution Centres in Bydgoszcz and Wyszków.

ERBUD has extensive experience in the construction of warehouse and industrial facilities. The largest contracts of the Group in this area include Jaworznicki Industry and Technology Park in Jaworzno, the Bosch production plant in Mirków and the research and development centre for Unilever in Poznań.
