Erbud S.A., which is one of the five largest construction companies in Poland, has announced the signing of a contract on general construction of a residential complex at ul. Kościuszki in Krakow. The contract is worth PLN 24.22 million.
As part of the contract, Erbud will build the residential complex at Kosciuszko in Krakow together with its surroundings, external infrastructure, underground installations, car parks and development of the land. The value of the contract is PLN 24.22 million net.
The investor is Echo Investment. Construction works are to finish on 18 August 2017.
Erbud S.A. is one of the five largest construction companies in Poland. It provides general contracting services in the following sectors: commercial, public utility, residential, road engineering and energy. To date, the company has carried out almost 2,000 construction projects in Poland and abroad.
