The ERBUD GROUP, one of the top five building groups in Poland, signed a contract for construction of a residential complex ‘Włodarzewska 30’. As part of the contract ERBUD will also build an underground car park, retail space on the ground level of the facility and on-site service infrastructure. Completion of execution of the contract is scheduled to 15 May 2018.
The Investor of the project is Dom Development S.A. “Włodarzewska 30’’ apartments will be built at Sadurka Street in Warsaw.
Dom Development is one of the regular customers of ERBUD S.A. The companies have executed together, among others, projects such as: Fort Bema housing estate; multifamily residential buildings ADRIA, Willa Lindego, Rezydencja Mokotów, Osiedle Olbrachata.
The residential complex “Włodarzewska 30” is another housing project in ERBUD’s portfolio. Recently the company has also signed contracts for construction of residential complexes: “Stara Cegielnia” in Poznań, “Grójecka 216” in Warsaw as well as for the next phases of residential projects such as “Wrocławskie Promenady” in Wrocław and “Bliski Tarchomin” in Warsaw.
