ERBUD S.A. received a notice to proceed with construction of the third phase of the Dorzecze Legnickiej development in Wrocław. This is following the contract signed on 25 May 2018 with the subsidiary Vantage Development S.A. The contract value is PLN 47 million.
ERBUD is also the general contractor for phases 1 and 2 of the Dorzecze Legnickiej Estate, located in Wrocław on Małopanewska Street. According to the contract of 25 May 2018 and the notice to proceed with works issued today, ERBUD S.A. will carry out the third phase of the project, which consists of a complex of multi-family residential buildings with underground garages, services and utilities, development works, including structural landscaping, greenery and associated structures, as well as traffic system and necessary driveways. In phase 3 will be built 204 apartments.
The completion of the entire scope of works is planned within 64 weeks from the date of delivery of the Notice to Proceed, i.e. until 8 November 2019. So far, they have carried out a number of other projects, including Dom Saski in Warzsawa as well as Nowy Gaj housing estate and Promenady Zita office building in Wrocław.
