ERBUD S.A. entered into a contract with Echo Investment to complete the third phase of the residential complex located in Kraków on Spiska Street. The contract is worth PLN 17.2 million. ERBUD S.A. is also the contractor of two previous phases of the Kraków’s estate.
The contract with Echo Investment covers the construction of the residential complex with its surroundings, on-site infrastructure, road infrastructure, car parks, services and development works. The deadline has been set for 14 April 2019.
The Echo Investment Group is a regular customer of the ERBUD Group. The contract for the completion of phase 3 of the real estate in Kraków on Spiska Street is another one concluded with this investor over the past year. The total value of contracts signed in the last 12 months amounts to PLN 160.25 million.
