ERBUD S.A. became the general contractor for the building No. 3 as part of the second phase of the “Zajezdnia Poznań" residential, commercial and retail complex with underground car park, located in Jeżyce District of the city of Poznań. The value of the contract signed with REF Eastern Opportunities Sp. z o.o. amounts to PLN 39.4 million.
Construction works will commence on 8 January 2018. ERBUD will be responsible for the carrying out civil engineering works, incl. site development, in-building and on-site infrastructure. The completion deadline is set for September 2019.
The concluded contract begins cooperation between ERBUD S.A. and the investor REF Eastern Opportunities Sp. z o.o.
Zajezdnia Poznań is located in the area of streets Gajowa, Sienkiewicza, Kraszewskiego and Zwierzyniecka in Jeżyce District of the city of Poznań. The total usable floor area of the building is 40,000 sq. m, of which the largest part will be apartments - 359 units. The construction of the whole complex began in December 2015 and its completion is expected in 2021.
