ERBUD S.A. signed a contract as general contractor for the Silesia Outlet shopping and retail centre in Gliwice on Rybnicka Street. The contract is worth PLN 57.6 million. Today ERBUD S.A. received from the Customer a Notice to Proceed.
The commercial facility in Gliwice will be built in two phases. According to the contract concluded with Silesia Outlet Sp. z o.o., ERBUD S.A. will be responsible for the performance of construction works within the first phase of completion. Works are scheduled to be ended by 29 March 2019.
Besides the shopping and retail centre building construction works will also include road system, parking area and associated infrastructure, retaining walls, water meter chamber, pumping station and fire-fighting tanks, pylon and monument sign.
Silesia Outlet is another commercial project in ERBUD’s portfolio currently being carrying out. Among others are: “Galeria Młociny” and "Vis à Vis" Mall in Warsaw, as well as “Galeria Libero” in Katowice. In recent years, ERBUD has built also Hala Koszyki Covered Market in Warsaw and shopping malls located in Opole, Szczecin and Zamość.
