Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. is a provider of civil engineering and construction services. The company undertakes construction projects for tunnels, petrochemical plants, EPC industrial facilities, high-tech complex skyscrapers, roads, bridges, railways, power stations, petrochemical plants, as well as residential, retail, office and factory buildings. The Daewoo E&C is based in Seoul, South Korea.

– Daewoo E&C's investment plans in Poland include energy and key industrial sectors, as well as infrastructure and military projects. All projects of this type require an excellent knowledge of the local construction sector, its legal requirements, as well as a high standard approach in terms of health and safety culture, environmental issues and work organization. And we, as a strategic partner, will be able to provide this to our Korean counterparts,” explains Jacek Leczkowski, Vice President of ERBUD.

– “Therefore, on the one hand, we will be their guide in the Polish market, and on the other, they will provide us with commissions for the most prestigious construction projects in Poland. We are looking forward to this cooperation,” adds Wojciech Stasieczek, director of the Toruń branch of ERBUD.

The ceremonial signing of the memorandum took place during the Korea-Poland Economic Forum in Warsaw in the attendance of, among others, the President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Suk-yeol and the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda. The signed cooperation agreement remains in force for the next five years.
