The Galeria Młociny opened today was completed by ERBUD S.A. within the time limit set by the developer. The facility which was built in the Bielany district of Warsaw is the largest shopping and entertainment centre in the capital city and one of the largest in Poland.
The project performed for EPP Sp. z o.o. and Echo Investment S.A. got an official occupancy permit on 15 May 2019. As a general contractor, ERBUD S. A. was responsible for the whole construction process, including the detailed design as well as interior and exterior infrastructure.
“Galeria Młociny was one of the most demanding building construction projects executed by the ERBUD Group in its 29-year history. This makes us even more proud of the timely delivery of the facility ready to open and the fulfilment of terms and conditions of the contract with the investor. The successful completion of such a large project was possible thanks to the excellent cooperation between the customer and the general contractor. The erection of the Galeria Młociny was connected with almost titanic work on the part of the construction management, foremen and engineers, for which they deserve the highest praise. In the peak period 2 500 people were working at the construction site at the same time. The cooperation with our numerous subcontractors and suppliers has also been very well coordinated, and we are grateful for their participation in this historic project as well,” said Mr. Józef Adam Zubelewicz, Member of the ERBUD S.A. Management Board.
The completion took just over two years. The contract value amounted to more than PLN 630 million.

The Echo Investment Capital Group is a regular customer of the ERBUD Group. Other joint projects include but are not limited to dormitories in Warsaw and Wrocław (contracted by Student Depot platform), Hala Koszyki Market in Warsaw, Libero Shopping Mall in Katowice and a number of residential projects.
