ERBUD will receive almost PLN 84 million net for the extensive construction of Izera Park in Świeradów-Zdrój.
As part of the contract, the construction company will build five buildings with a total of 161 luxury apartments. Additionally, there will be common areas and amenities such as a reception desk, coworking space, sauna area and ski room. The Izera Park Świeradów design keeps to the traditional elements of the region's architecture, combining natural granite, spruce wood and warm colours. The client is Proxin Świeradów.

The contract for the construction of Izera Park is one of the largest contracts obtained by this listed company in recent months. The deadline for completion is October 2025.
