ERBUD S.A. signed a contract with Vantage Development S.A. for the construction of a multi-family residential building with commercial premises on the ground floor as part of the Port Popowice investment in Wrocław. The contract value is PLN 73.5 million net.
The contract provides for the construction of a residential building with a two-story underground garage. Under the contract, ERBUD will also prepare internal and external technical infrastructure as well as land development and utilities, including the so-called street furniture, green areas and communication system at the intersection of Białowieska and Popowicka Streets.
The ERBUD Group and the Vantage Development Group are long-term business partners. ERBUD is responsible for the construction of two previous stages of Port Popowice. In addition, the company cooperated with this investor in the implementation of such housing projects as Promenady Wrocławskie, Nowy Gaj, Dorzecze Legnicka or Legnicka 33 in Wrocław and Dom Saski in Warsaw. ERBUD also built the Promenady Zita office building in Wrocław for Vantage Development.
