The construction giant has signed a contract with Polish Export Trade & Investment for the construction of a complex of three multi-family residential buildings in Warsaw, Praga-Południe district. The contract value is PLN 52.8 million.
Today ERBUD has received a signed contract under which a complex of multi-family residential buildings with an underground garage with the necessary technical infrastructure and site development will be built at ul. Szaserów and ul. Dynowska in Warsaw.
The works are scheduled to start on November 26th, 2021 and the final acceptance is planned for July 31st, 2023.
The construction will be carried out by the Warsaw branch of ERBUD S.A..
