ERBUD S.A. signed a contract to erect a multifamily residential building in Kraków on Pułaskiego St. called Perla Verona. The contract worth PLN 15.7m net is expected to be completed by July 2015.
Perla Verona Building Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. headquartered in Kraków is builder and customer.
This is another project that will be carried out by Erbud in Kraków. So far the Company has completed housing complexes Angel City and Angel Plaza Apartments. In progress is the construction of Novum Apartments for the Group Hines.
