ERBUD S.A. signed a contract with the Provincial Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Rzeszów for the alteration of the Podkarpackie Lung Disease Centre. The contract value is PLN 29.2 million net.
The subject matter of the contract is the first stage of the project covering the alteration, superstructure and extension of the medical facility building at ul. Rycerska in Rzeszów, including demolition of part of the building (Segment B). ERBUD will also be responsible for all necessary installations and services, as well as for construction of parking spaces, roads, pavements and lighting of the area.
The project shall be completed in March 2021.
ERBUD S.A. specializes in the construction, alteration and modernization of hospitals and medical facilities. In November 2018, the Company signed a contract with the Krakow Centre for Rehabilitation and Orthopedics for the extension of one of the hospital's buildings. At present, the company is also building the Southern Hospital in Warsaw, the Non-Invasive Medicine Centre for the Medical University of Gdańsk and carrying out thermal modernization of the main building of the Hospital and SPSK Polyclinic building no. 4 in Lublin. Other recently signed contracts for the medical sector include the hospitals in Jarosław, Dębica and the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Kraków.
In the past, the ERBUD Group built or altered e.g. the Invasive Medicine Centre of the Medical University of Gdańsk, Stanisław Leszczyński Hospital in Katowice, the Cape Hope Clinic in Wroclaw, and the Oncology Centre in Katowice.
