GWI, a subsidiary of the Erbud Group, will perform reconstruction of an office and retail complex in Düsseldorf. The value of the contract gained together with a german partner amounts to m EUR 16,15 , i.e. app. m PLN 71.

GWI Bauunternehmung GmbH,  a subsidiary of the Erbud Group, signed another contract for implementation of a large project in Germany. The subsidiary together with ENGIE Deutschland GmbH will perform reconstruction of „Rolandstraße 44” office and retail complex in Düsseldorf. It is another significant contract on the German market signed by the Erbud Group in recent years.

Erbud S.A., one of the 5 largest construction groups in Poland, strengthens its position on the German market. The contract for reconstruction of the office and retail complex in Düsseldorf confirms realisation of a vision of development of the Erbud Group in Western Europe.  
54 per cent, i.e. m EUR 8,72  (m PLN 38,43), of the total value of the contract is attributable to GWI GmbH, whilst the remaining share is attributable to ENGIE Deutschland GmbH.

The project in Düsseldorf is scheduled to be completed at the end of July 2017.
