GWI GmbH, a subsidiary of ERBUD S.A., has signed a contract for the construction of Mitsubishi Electric office building in Ratingen, Germany. The contract worth EUR 8.3m net will be completed by the end of January 2015.
RS & Partner Immobiliengesellschaft mbH with its registered office in Düsseldorf in Germany is the investor and the customer.
Under the contract, GWI GmbH will complete shell & core of the building.
The current order book of the German company is PLN 116 million. ERBUD S.A. owns an 85% in share capital of GWI GmbH. The company operates in the construction business in Germany, France and Belgium.
