Seaside Park Hotel in Kołobrzeg has won the third edition of the “Hotel Investments of the Year” competition in the “Investment of the Year” category according to the Readers of the Polish hotel industry magazine “Hotelarz”. The top three included also Bachleda Luxury Hotel MGallery by Sofitel and Gwiazda Morza in Władysławowo.

The shape of the hotel draws on maritime architecture; it is inspired by sandy beaches, sea water, yacht hulls and white sails.
