On 3 March 2016, the subsidiary of the company Erbud – Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Drogowo-Inżynieryjnego S.A. (PBDI) – has signed a consortium with Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Mostowych „MOSTY ŁÓDŹ” S.A. for a contract for the construction of the South Service Road between ul. Jaworzyńska up to al. Rzeczypospolitej
as part of the investment task entitled Construction of the South Service Road in Legnica - Phase II from ul. Wojska Polskiego to al. Rzeczypospolitej and a bridge over the River Kaczawa. The scope of the contract covers the preparation of project documentation of the changes to be made, potential optimization, construction, financing and handing over of the road.
The value of the contract amounts to over PLN 48.6 million, of which PLN 25.2 million is for the issuer’s subsidiary PBDI S.A. The planned completion date is 30 October 2017.
