GWI Bauunternehmung GmbH, a subsidiary of ERBUD S.A., entered into a contract for the construction of a residential and office building in Düsseldorf, Germany. Wilma DW GmbH is the Investor. The contract value amounts to EUR 6.8 million, i.e. over PLN 29 million.
The scope of the contract provides for the construction of a residential and office building with underground garage and kindergarten. The completion date is scheduled for February 2019.
GWI Bauunternehmung GmbH, with its registered office in Düsseldorf, is an 85% subsidiary of ERBUD S.A., and carries out projects in the field of building construction in Germany.
