The Management Board of Erbud S.A. (Issuer) hereby announces that on March 14, 2024 the Issuer signed a Significant Contract with a Subcontractor - PEKABEX BET SA with its registered office in Poznań on the terms specified below:

3. Contract value (PLN, net): PLN 73,500,000.00
4. Subject of the Contract: Design, manufacture, delivery and assembly of a prefabricated structure of an object and prefabricated elements for the construction of a Tower Production Hall for Offshore Wind Energy in Gdańsk.
5. Place of performance of the Contract: Gdańsk, Ostrów Island
6. Implementation deadlines:
a. Commencement date - on the date of signature of the Contract
b. Completion date - 11.2024
7. Payment terms: Invoicing according to progress, one per month, payment term 30 days
8. Performance bond (value, duration): Do not deviate from market standards
