ERBUD, one of the top five building groups in Poland, commences building works related to execution of the contract for construction of an office building in 155 Piotrkowska Street. Performance of the contract signed in July was covered by a conditional agreement. All of the agreement conditions have been fulfilled and the company commences building works on execution of the contract which is worth PLN 103,8 m.
The Investor of the project is Bacoli Properties Sp. z o.o. It is another project to be executed by ERBUD S.A. for this entity. The companies together are already building, among others, Hampton by Hilton hotel. The signed document has determined that the day of commencement of execution of the contract shall be the 1st of September 2016.
Erbud has also signed a conditional contract for construction of a retail building OUTLET in Pilicka Street in Bydgoszcz which amounts to PLN 37 m.
The Investor of the project is OUTLET CENTER Retail Management Akcyjna Sp. Komandytowa.
Erbud as the General Contractor will also provide necessary technical infrastructure (and internal infrastructure) including parking spaces and external roads.
