ERBUD entered into a general contractor agreement for the construction of multi-family residential buildings within the second and third phases of the Fotoplastykon development project at Guderskiego and Flisykowskiego Streets in Gdańsk. The value of the agreement with the investor Polnord-Apartamenty Sp. z o. o. amounts to PLN 52 million.
Under the agreement ERBUD S.A. will erect residential buildings numbered B4, B5, B6 (as part of phase II) and B7, B8 (phase III), including underground garages, services and utilities, as well as on-grade parking area and estate road system.
The Company will also construct a section of the public road named Flisykowskiego Street together with estate access points and other site structures.
The works will be completed no later than 30 September 2020.
