GWI Bauunternehmung GmbH, a subsidiary of ERBUD S.A., signed contracts with PflegeQuartier Düren GmbH for construction of the Neue Jülicher Pensioners Centre in Düren. The total value of the contracts is EUR 14.8 million.
The contract value as converted at the exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland as of the day of signing the contract amounts to PLN 63.8 million.
The GWI owns 51% of shares in PflegeQuartier Düren.
The subject matter of the contract is the shell and core of the pensioners’ house located in Düren at 52 Neue Jülicher Straße as well as finishing and installation works.
The completion of the shell and core is scheduled for the end of 2019, and the completion of finishing and installation works for 31 May 2020. The works carried out by GWI on this project are therefore spread over time.
This is another development project executed by GWI, in which the Company, in addition to performing construction works, is also a shareholder in the undertaking.
