GWI GmbH, a subsidiary of Erbud S.A., has signed a contract to construct the Oberkasseler Top Office Building (Silizium) in Düsseldorf, Germany. The contract worth EUR 11.85 million is scheduled to be completed by the end of April 2014.
Projekt Oberkasseler Tor GmbH with its headquarters in Düsseldorf is the builder and customer.
Erbud S.A. holds a 85% stake in GWI GmbH, which operates on the construction market in Germany. The Erbud’s Group abroad portfolio in the said segment as at the date of this press release amounts to PLN 194 million.
